RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Bobillier Bespoke, every garment is created with intention, precision, and respect for the individual client. Our philosophy is rooted in craftsmanship, transparency, and mutual trust.
Because the majority of our garments are Made-to-Order (MTO) or Made-to-Measure (MTM), each piece is produced specifically for you. For this reason, all sales are final.
MADE-TO-ORDER & MADE-TO-MEASURE POLICY
All custom, made-to-measure, made-to-order, altered, or personalized garments:
Are produced specifically for the client
Cannot be cancelled once production has begun
Are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund
Are final sale
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If a production error occurs on our end, we will assess and correct the issue at our discretion.
Made-To-Order (MTO)
Our Made-To-Order garments are crafted according to the standard size selected at the time of purchase. Each piece is individually cut and produced exclusively for its owner once the order is confirmed.
Production requires approximately three weeks, allowing our team to focus on precision and finish.
To preserve proper proportions and allow for a truly tailored result, trousers are delivered with unfinished hems and jacket sleeves are left unhemmed. Final adjustments should be completed by a professional tailor to achieve your desired fit.
As every garment is created specifically for you, all Made-To-Order pieces are final sale.
READY-TO-WEAR (IF APPLICABLE)
If a non-custom, ready-to-wear item is offered:
Exchanges or store credit may be requested within 7 days of delivery or in-store purchase.
Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in original condition with tags attached.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds are not offered. Store credit only.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
ALTERATIONS
Garments that have been altered, adjusted, or worn cannot be returned or exchanged.
Complimentary alterations (if provided) do not change the final sale status of the garment.
DEPOSITS
A deposit is required to begin production on all MTO/MTM garments.
Deposits are non-refundable, as they cover fabric allocation and production costs.
QUALITY GUARANTEE
If you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your garment.
Each case will be reviewed individually. If the issue is due to craftsmanship error, we will repair or correct the garment accordingly.
POLICY INTEGRITY
Bobillier Bespoke reserves the right to decline unreasonable requests or restrict future transactions in cases of policy abuse.
